Seeking Nanny with Car for 3 girls (16,14,9), homework support, flex schedule

Hi! I am searching for someone who can work with my children 2-3 days a week. I have 3 daughters: 16, 14, and 9.
I travel and need support with rides, ensuring homework is completed and they are organized for school. I am looking for someone who is extremely organized and can support basic tutoring. Tasks include:
- Rides to activities
- Creating weekly homework plans
- Updating a master calendar with upcoming tests, projects, etc. that is shared with the kids and myself
- Reporting out to me on their homework submission, progress, and grades
- Light tutoring for homework and studying for tests in subjects where they need support
- Ensuring kids read 30 mins per day.
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
- Comfortable with pets
