We are looking for a warm, experienced nanny to care for our baby girl (born 9/23/2025).

Details:
• Starting Date: around 1/26/2026
• Duration: 1 year
• Schedule: Mon–Thu full day, Fri half day (35–40 guaranteed hrs/week)
• Rate: $25–$35/hr DOE
• Style: Montessori-inspired, structured naps, no screens for the baby
• Experience: 2+ years infant care preferred
• PTO: 6 sick days, 10 vacation days, 6 paid holidays
• Household: Both parents work from home; The baby’s play and nap setup is in the living room. Mom works in the same space but will not participate in daytime caregiving or disrupt routines. Dad works from a separate office. The nanny will have full autonomy over the baby’s care during working hours; no pets
• Language: English required; Mandarin a plus
• Allergy: cat
• Requirement: CPR and First Aid certification (infant/child)
