My wife and I have a 5 month old daughter who is the best! We work in office 4 days per week and are looking for someone help us give her some routine and consistency.

Our daughter is the sweetest, but she can definitely be fussy, more than we’d like, and to be honest we could use some help. We’d love to get her on a better sleeping/napping routine and schedule, get her to put herself to sleep without so much coddling, and to be able to take longer more consistent naps.

We are located in Costa Mesa and would love someone local. Looking for help 3-5 days per week, on weekdays. Experience with fussy babies is a huge plus, really looking for someone who isn’t intimidated by that and is confident they can help her get more comfortable and happy all day long!
