We’re looking for a warm, dependable, and engaged babysitter/nanny to care primarily for our 14-month-old son and help with our 4-year-old daughter before and after her afternoon TK program.

Our son is active, affectionate, and loves walks, books, music, and playing outside. Our daughter is bright, creative, energetic, and imaginative. She does best with someone who is patient, calm, confident, and comfortable helping young children through big emotions and transitions.

Responsibilities include:
* Providing attentive, hands-on care
* Preparing simple meals and snacks for the children
* Taking the children on walks and to nearby parks
* Helping with naps and daily routines
* Engaging them in play, reading, art, and outdoor activities
* Tidying up toys and children’s dishes
* Helping our daughter get ready for school and/or caring for her after school

We’re looking for someone who:
* Has meaningful experience caring for toddlers and preschoolers
* Is patient, nurturing, reliable, and proactive
* Is comfortable confidently setting kind, consistent boundaries
* Has reliable transportation and a clean driving record

**Schedule:** M-F 9am-4pm
**Start date:** Flexible
