Wonderful couple based in Mid-City (think LACMA/LaBrea Tar Pits/The Grove area) are expecting their first baby (a boy!) in mid-May, and are seeking part-time daytime support! Originally from the East Coast with no family locally, this sweet couple is seeking the compassionate support of a newborn expert to assist them in this exciting new chapter! Family is looking for ideally 6 weeks of coverage, with potential to extend to 8 weeks.
They are hoping to front load support the first 2 weeks, and taper down as they get their bearings (see sample schedule below), although they're flexible based on your availability.

LOCATION: Mid-City, Los Angeles, CA (90036)

EST DUE DATE: May 10, 2024, assignment will start once back at home

IDEAL SCHEDULE: 6 Weeks (90 hours)

Weeks 1 & 2 - 4 days of support (20 hours/week)
Weeks 3 & 4 - 3 days of support (15 hours/week)
Weeks 5 & 6 - 2 days of support (10 hours/week)
Again, they are flexible on the actual schedule/arrangement and are focused on finding the right fit! RATE: $35-45/hr, based on experience/qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Certified NCS or PPD
Extensive Recent Newborn Experience
Up to date on Tdap (Initial Covid series preferred but not required)
Health conscious + mindful of cleanliness /germs
Glowing References
