Job Description:We are seeking a versatile Nanny & Household Manager for our growing family (active 3yo + newborn arriving late 2025). This is a dynamic hybrid role:

Nanny Duties: Focus on high-quality, Montessori-aligned care for our toddler, focusing on independent play and outdoor exploration+ school dro-offs & pick-ups. You’ll help him transition into becoming a big brother and eventually provide expert care for the newborn.

Household Management: While the toddler is at preschool (Tue-Thu), you will manage the home's "mental load"—errands, grocery pickups, meal prep, and kitchen resets—to ensure a smooth-running household.
