Hiring full time nanny for a 5 month baby girl

We are first time parents of a 4 month old baby girl.
We are looking for a great nanny starting mid May for my then 5.5 months daughter in Mountain View. We are looking for a nanny from 8.30-4.30 five days a week. We would prefer a nanny who is CPR certified, non-smoker and would help with light housekeeping. Arabic speaker is a plus.
