Relevant Experience: You have a minimum of 1 year of experience with children ages 0–4 years old, supported by 3 references, with at least 2 from childcare work (paid or unpaid).

Engagement and Safety: You commit to working one-on-one with children in their homes, prioritizing safety and engagement above all else.

Reliability: With a reliable vehicle, you'll be ready to commute around Palo Alto, Mountain View, and Sunnyvale areas to fulfill your assignments.
Competitive Compensation: Enjoy an hourly wage of $25/h for 40 hours per week. Weekly overtime above 40 hours will be paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate.

Holiday Pay: When worked, holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day will be paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate, recognizing your dedication during special occasions.
