Key Responsibilities - Feeding: Preparing, feeding, and cleaning bottles; introducing foods, managing food allergies. Sleep & Routine: Following nap schedules, soothing techniques, and maintaining a consistent, calm routine. Hygiene: Frequent diaper changes. Developmental Activities: Promoting motor skills through tummy time, encouraging crawling/walking, singing, reading, and sensory play. Health & Safety: Monitoring health, providing medication if authorized, and ensuring a safe environment. Light Housekeeping (Baby-Related only): Washing bottles, laundry.
