Hello, I'm a first-time mom who is trying to get back into working regularly as a writer/podcaster and need about 20 hours a week of help with my baby. Our sweet boy Sam (currently 19 mo) is very engaged and observant and connected with the world around him.

The basic responsibilities I need help with includes:
— Short car or stroller trips to the local library and/or parks
— Playing with toys/puzzles for motor skill development, reading, imagination time, music/singing, backyard exploration, neighborhood walks, etc.
— Teaching boundaries <3
— Washing baby dishes, organizing play area, folding/putting away Sam’s laundry as needed
— Keeping diaper caddies and other Sam items stocked/cleaned
