The family is hoping for care Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. They anticipate needing full-time care for approximately 1 to 1.5 years, or at least until their daughter is 2 years old.

Their daughter is active, social, and playful. She loves books, animals, spending time outdoors, exploring, and interacting with other babies. The family is looking for someone with at least 8 years of professional experience caring for children between 6 months and 2 years old. Their ideal nanny will be CPR certified, up to date on vaccinations, have a clean driving record, and genuinely enjoy engaging with infants and supporting their development. A bilingual caregiver would be a wonderful bonus, but is not required.

The family has a spacious home with a fenced outdoor area and a large, friendly dog who is comfortable around their daughter, so applicants should also be comfortable with pets. Both parents work hybrid schedules, and one parent will generally be working from home on alternating days throughout the week.

They are also interested in potentially arranging a nanny share with another child who lives nearby. They have some flexibility with the exact start date and would love to connect with an experienced nanny who is interested in becoming a consistent part of their daughter’s routine and care.
