My kids are a bit mischievous side but seemingly not with other people. The youngest is very needy still and some say hes perfect and never cries others say he loves to cry. My second oldest is suspected of having autism and elopes when he thinks you arent paying attention. Overall the older three are pretty independent.

I have never had a sitter before but the basics like diaper changes, bottle making, and depending on my work hours the kids would need a meal and snacks.

My work schedule is a little inconsistent right now and changes every week. The maximum of hours in a day is about 9 hours.
