Amazing Part-Time (25 Hours Per Week) Nanny Needed for 2 Girls in PV

I'm searching for a reliable trustworthy part-time nanny for my 2 girls (9 and 14 years old). Pay is $28 an hour, paid vacation, sick days, holidays and discretionary annual bonus.
Location: Palos Verdes
Start Date: August 22nd
Looking for:
M-F 1:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Occasional weeknight or weekend night
Requirements:
Must drive (car provided) for school pick up and activities
Have at least 2 references for childcare positions and be on payroll
Able to cook dinner for girls (not looking for a chef just someone to handle simple 30 min recipes)
Comfortable with dog and cat, Non smoker, Homework helper
Light housekeeping
Requirements
