A loving family in Pasadena, CA (91107) is seeking a patient, nurturing Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) for overnight support as they welcome their baby on February 1, 2027.

Schedule: 8 hrs/night (10pm–6am), 5 nights/week for 12 weeks, beginning on the day of birth. The family plans to gradually reduce the schedule during the final 4 weeks.

Compensation: $45–$55/hr

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of NCS experience

Calm, quiet, caring approach

Skilled in essential newborn care and establishing healthy sleep routines

Comfortable educating and supporting first-time parents

Montessori baby care experience is a plus

Vaccinations required: Tdap, COVID + boosters, and flu

Home has a short-haired cat
