We’re a calm, pet-free family in Rancho Santa Margarita seeking a caring, experienced nanny for our sweet 11-month-old girl. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with a flexible start date. Pay: $20–$25/hr plus vacation, holiday, and sick day benefits. Duties include baby meals, laundry, play, and developmental activities. Care is in our home only (backyard ok). Must have valid U.S. work authorization, speak English comfortably, bring own meals/snacks, and help with light housekeeping (dishwasher, vacuuming, baby laundry). Strong focus on hygiene, handwashing, and safety required.
