Responsibilities
* Provide attentive, patient, and nurturing care for a newborn (0–6 months)
* Assist in establishing healthy feeding, sleep, and developmental routines
* Diaper changing, bathing, bottle preparation/cleaning, and soothing
* Engage with the infant through play, reading, and singing; occasionally take the baby for outdoor activities
* Light baby-related housekeeping
* Light meal preparation (optional)

Qualifications
* Prior newborn care experience required
* CPR and First Aid certified
* Strong references from previous families
* Up-to-date vaccinations
* Non-smoker
* Comfortable with parents working from home
* Mandarin speaking is a plus (optional)
