Excellent driving skills and a commitment to road safety are non-negotiable, as you will be responsible for all daily transportation to school and activities. They value someone who fosters independence, respects the child’s pace, and engages in active, growth-oriented play rather than passive supervision.
Pay: $35-$40/hr gross + Benefits and Mileage Reimbursement
