We’re looking for a loving, reliable full-time nanny for our 17-month-old daughter. Hours are Mon–Fri, ~8am–4 p.m. (some flexibility). Safety is our #1 priority. We’re hoping to find someone who:

- Brings a calm, nurturing & emotional attuned presence
- Truly enjoys caring for toddlers and/or babies, (ideally both at the same time)
- Keeps to consistent routines for naps, play and outdoor time
- Supports toddlers w/ emotional regulation and setting boundaries through patience, kindness & respect
- Has familiarity w/ or interest in Montessori principles

We offer a respectful home environment, free parking, & are open to discussing a 25–40% rate increase in 2027 for the right long-term fit.
