As a Postpartum Doula, your day-to-day tasks will include providing support to new parents and their babies. You will work closely with families to tailor your services to their individual needs and provide expert guidance and care during this transformative time. At this time, having availability to work 40 + hours a week is preferred. Our day shifts are 5-6 hours long and night-time shifts are 10 hours long. Live-in positions are available.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a postpartum doula Basic knowledge of newborn baby care and breastfeeding techniques Positive attitude, patience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills Empathetic and non-judgmental Able to work flexible hours Pass a background check CPR & First Aid certified Willing to take a doula training certification of our choice Reliable vehicle/ willingness to travel up to an hour Covid vaccinated Twins experience a plus
