We're a family in the Inner Richmond looking for a nanny for our two children on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8-5 (exact timing is flexible! We're open to fewer hours each day).

A bit more about us:
Our daughter is 6 months, and our son is 3 years. Our son will be at preschool in the mornings and comes home around noon. Our daughter is home all day. We both work from home in our own dedicated space. We also have a dog, so comfort with small pets is a must (he's very sweet).

Our philosophy with our daughter is holistic, responsive parenting. We are not planning to sleep train or cry-it-out with her, so we're looking for someone comfortable with that approach
