I am a fully remote working mom of a 4 month old baby. We are looking for a sitter who can help me with baby care (70%), and some house chores (30%). Baby care includes daily baby routine such as diaper change, playing with the baby, helping with bathing the baby and putting baby to sleep. House chores include house cleaning and meal prep. We are looking to hire someone who is professional, diligent, great at feedback and communication, and preferably familiar with Montessori approach and have their own child experience.
