We’re a family in San Juan Capistrano seeking a part-time nanny for our 4-month-old baby. We are an LGBTQ family and value creating a warm, inclusive environment for our little one.
• 2-3 days/week
• 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Parents work mostly from home
We’re looking for someone with prior infant care experience and a strong understanding of infant development, including feeding schedules, naps, and age-appropriate interaction. Infant CPR certification and references are helpful.
We’d love to find someone nurturing, reliable, and comfortable working in a home with WFH parents. The home includes a large Rhodesian Ridgeback, so comfort with pets is essential, even though pet care is not required.
