Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday afternoons (4 hours each day, ~12 hours/week)

We're a warm, multicultural family of three in San Leandro seeking a reliable, engaging nanny for our 1-year-old son. I'm a high school teacher, and my wife works from home. Our son is curious, active, and at that wonderful exploratory stage where everything is an adventure!
Responsibilities:
Supervising active play and age-appropriate activities
Reading, singing, and engaging in developmental play
Preparing simple snacks
Following naptime and routine schedules
Light tidying related to childcare (toys, meal cleanup)
Ensuring a safe, nurturing environment
