A family in Southern Marin is seeking a positive, personable Nanny to care for their 8-year-old son. The work location will be split between two different households in Southern Marin County. He is neurodivergent so prior similar experience working with school-age children is required. Responsibilities include driving him from school to extracurriculars, planning fun activities, engaging in play and supporting his social-emotional development, as well as preparing his meals, laundry, and light tidying. The schedule is M-F 2PM-8PM (30 hours guaranteed per week + flexibility for occasional late night/weekend help). The baseline hours are 2PM-8PM, but they can consider going up to 40 hours.
