Hi! We are looking for a wonderful part time nanny for our 1-year-old daughter, Mon/Fri 8:30am-5pm, Wed 8am-5:30pm. We live in San Rafael by Dominican University. We also have a 3. 5-year-old who goes to school near by. We care deeply about creating a respectful and warm relationship, and looking for a person who'll love our kids, be a partner in parenting our younger daughter, has a strong work ethic and common sense, and a good understanding of this age, with strong references indicating so. Must be receptive to feedback and peaceful, to match our vibe. We'll be happy to supplement necessary classes, but CPR training and familiarity with baby led weaning are a plus. GH, PTO, sick days etc.
