We are a warm family in Santa Clara looking for a kind and reliable nanny for our 16-month-old. Our home follows a simple, child-led rhythm—slow play, reading, some outdoor time, and giving toddler little chances to try things independently when it’s safe. We’d love someone who aligns with that approach.The schedule is Monday–Friday for about 5.5 hours 12pm-5:30pm, and we offer guaranteed weekly hours. We pay $30–$32/hr depending on experience, and everything is on W-2 payroll with benefits. For health and safety, we ask for an up-to-date flu shot and COVID booster.
