We are seeking an experienced, reliable nanny to care for our toddler in our home. This role is best suited for someone who is confident working with toddlers, values routine, and communicates clearly and consistently.

We are a family of three. One parent works from home full-time, and the other works a hybrid schedule. The nanny should be comfortable working independently in a home where parents may be present during the day.

Our daughter is an engaged, curious toddler with a big personality and a playful, goofy side. She thrives on structure and does best with caregivers who are calm, attentive, and comfortable following established routines—especially around naps.

Responsibilities
• Providing attentive, age-appropriate care for a toddler
• Following established nap and daily routines
• Preparing and serving toddler meals and snacks as directed
• Engaging in play, reading, and developmentally appropriate activities
• Maintaining a safe and tidy environment related to the child’s care
• Monitoring toddler cues around hunger, sleep, and mood
• Communicating daily updates to parents regarding meals, naps, activities, and temperament

Qualifications
• Proven experience caring for toddlers (ages 1–3)
• Comfortable following structured routines, especially nap routines
• Calm, patient, and attentive caregiving style
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working in a household with work-from-home parents
• Has their own reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• References required
