We are seeking an experienced Night Nanny for our newborn, 3 nights per week (8pm-8am), with flexible days. Own transportation required.

Responsibilities:
Overnight newborn care
Establish healthy sleep routines
Feeding support (bottle/breastfeeding)
Diapering, soothing techniques
Monitor development
Provide infant care guidance
Light baby-related housekeeping

Qualifications:
Extensive newborn care experience
Knowledge of sleep training
Understanding of developmental milestones
Reliable transportation
Nurturing demeanor
Effective communication skills
