One parent works from home full-time in a demanding role with frequent virtual meetings throughout the day. While I'll be home, I'll generally be unavailable during working hours, so we're looking for someone who is confident taking the lead with the babies and managing their daily routine independently. Must have own car and be comfortable with pets. Experience with caring for multiples is required. Responsibilities include feeding, changing, and engaging the infants in safe and stimulating activities. Ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and has a nurturing approach.
