We are looking for a seasoned, emotionally attuned & dependable long-term nanny to help care for our 5-month-old son until he goes to preschool in approx. 3 years.

Minimum 32 guaranteed hrs/week (paid even if not all needed). 10 PTO days (5 family-set), 5 sick days, 8 holidays & birthday off. Paid weekly or bi-weekly via Poppins Payroll.

The right person for us has nannied for at least one child from infancy-preschool, and is completely confident guiding us through developmental transitions.

This person can seamlessly manage infant routines (ex. wake windows, naps, soothing baby) and engages in appropriate skill-building play for every age & stage.

Baby care is the priority. But this person will also help with light cleaning when time & bandwidth allow (tidying play areas, loading/unloading dishwasher, wiping countertops).
