Hi, we (a gay couple in WeHo) are looking for a backup nanny for our newborn. We have a nanny but she takes frequent days off so we need a backup.
The baby was born premature in October and his due date was in December so he is still small.
Nanny would be responsible for feeding him, changing him and holding him often. He generally will not go to sleep unless being held. He likes to be held a lot so there may be time you have to see for an hour holding him (you can watch TV etc.)
We also have a 1 1/2 year old boy who infrequently (daycare closed) needs looking after. He has a lot of energy and wants to be played with, run around and do things. One dad works from home most days of the week.
