Hi there! We're a fun, active family of four looking for a nanny who wants to be a true partner in our kids' lives - not just a caregiver, but a collaborator. We believe the best outcomes for children happen when parents and nannies work together. What great partnership looks like to us: - Open, easy communication - Shared routines and goals, with room for your ideas and input - Comfortable and happy around pets - Patient, warm, and loves spending time with children - Tutoring or teaching experience to support the kids' learning (preferred). Summertime hours: full-time. School-year hours: flexible, primarily 3pm-6 p.m. weekdays. We will flex to provide a consistent income for you.
