Seeking a caring, dependable long-term part-time nanny (about 25 guaranteed hours/week) for our two children, ages 3 and almost 5. We're looking for someone hands-on, playful, creative, and engaging who enjoys creating a fun daily rhythm with young kids. Our home is very kid-focused with a homeschool classroom, multiple playrooms, lots of activities, and plenty of indoor/outdoor space for fun. Responsibilities include childcare, play, meals/snacks, naps, activities, tidying play areas, cleaning up after meals, and children's laundry. Guaranteed hours, paid sick time, and some paid holidays. Looking for someone long-term, not just summer help.
