My husband and I are both first responders, so we’re looking for a reliable, caring, and flexible nanny for our 1-year-old son. Our schedules can occasionally be unpredictable, and shifts may run late, so we want to be transparent about that upfront. We are looking for someone to have long term.

We’re looking for someone with toddler experience who can follow his routine, prepare simple meals and snacks, engage in age-appropriate activities, and help keep his areas tidy. Safety, dependability, communication, and consistency are very important to us.
