Need help with autistic child

I need help with my autistic son in the mornings from the start of work until about 12:30. My son is verbal but needs emotional support when disregulated to minimize escalating behaviors. Help is needed each weekday for the next several weeks or months.
Requirements
- Special needs experience
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
