Join Philadelphia Nanny Network as a Now Nanny, filling in for last-minute childcare needs and supporting both families and fellow nannies when plans change. Perfect for candidates with 1–2 open weekdays who thrive on flexibility and love making a difference.

What You’ll Do:

- Be on-call during assigned hours (typically 8am–6pm, Mon–Fri)
- Provide safe, engaging care for children from infants to pre-teens
- Jump into new homes with ease and communicate clearly with families
- Weekend shifts available if desired
- Willing to travel up to 75 minutes (extra pay for long commutes)

Requirements:

- 1+ year of professional childcare experience
- 2+ references, reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certified or willing to get certified
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required

Pay & Perks:

- $21/hr + $20/day shift bonus
- 7 hours/day guaranteed pay
