For over 40 years, Philadelphia Nanny Network has partnered with families to provide reliable childcare while supporting caregivers every step of the way.

Many of our nannies previously worked in daycare centers, preschools, and early childhood programs. As a Substitute Nanny, you’ll build stronger one-on-one connections with children while supporting routines, developmental play, and daily activities.

Position Details
• Earn $21-$25/hr, depending on experience, availability, location, and commute tolerance
• Weekly direct deposit (W-2 employee)

Requirements
• 1+ year childcare experience
• Infant/toddler experience
• 1–2 full weekdays available
• 2 childcare references
