Full time nanny for 4 month old- future start date (December)

We are expecting a little girl in August and are exploring the option of having a full time nanny to work out of our home to care for our infant. We likely would not need someone to start until December.
We need full time care for our future infant daughter. This would likely be 4-5 days per week and 6-7 hours per day.
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
