Hi my name is Sarah. I am 26 years old and utilize a motorized wheelchair for mobility purposes. I was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at the age of 2, however I refuse to let my disability define who I am. I graduated with my psychology degree from UNF. My hobbies include drawing, painting and hanging with friends.

I would need assistance with dressing, bathing, tolieting, and transportation to outings in my accessible van. There would also be a lifting requirement of 90 pounds as I am very light for my age.

I am looking for someone to fill a Tuesday, Thursday, Friday morning position with hours being from 9am- 3pm, with flexibility to transition to a full time position, M-F later in the summer. I am looking for backup for the morning hours 9am to 3pm M- F and the evening hours 6pm to 12pm. Rate : 18.75 an hour . Begins 6/20/25
