Warm, reliable nanny needed Mon–Fri 10am–6pm (subject to slight change) to care for infant while mom works from home or runs occasional errands. Responsibilities include a ~3‑hour cycle of feeding, diapers, naps, and play. Expectations include logging care in app, engaging in age‑appropriate play, no screen time, light house cleaning, and sign-language reinforcement. Spanish speaking also ideal. Must follow household rules, communicate well, be calm under pressure, have infant experience, respect health/hygiene guidelines, and bring own food. Long‑term commitment preferred. Overtime opportunities available. Must be comfortable with tax withholding (we follow IRS household employee rules).
