We are a Lake Nona family seeking a warm, credentialed, and energetic Nanny/Educator for our two children entering 2nd grade. This is more than childcare — we are looking for a dedicated educator who will deliver structured, engaging daily lessons in Language Arts, Math, and Spanish. You'll be responsible for the following:
Provide structured weekday instruction in Language Arts, Math, and Spanish aligned to Florida 2nd-grade standards.
Create and follow a daily lesson plan that is fun, structured, and age-appropriate.
Supervise, engage, and provide general care for both children throughout the day.
Communicate progress and feedback to parents on a regular basis.
