We are a private family seeking a full-time, live-in nanny for our 1-year-old daughter, with another baby on the way. The schedule is 5 days/week (~60 hours), with flexible compensation of $90k–$100k based on experience. The role is based in Palm Beach, FL (Sept–May) and Southampton, NY (May–Sept), with frequent travel to Puerto Rico, Aspen, and Europe.
The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of infant/toddler experience, is warm, professional, discreet, and open to travel. Responsibilities include full childcare, routines, developmental play, and newborn support. Private housing, car, and full household staff provided. Long-term candidates preferred.
