Seeking a warm, reliable, and proactive Family Assistant / Household Manager to support a stay-at-home mom with a busy 21-month-old and second baby due in August. Full-time role blending childcare support and household management. Responsibilities include helping with children, laundry, organizing projects, errands, tidying, meal/snack prep, toy rotation, closet clean-outs, and general household support. Looking for someone nurturing, organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated who can take initiative. Prior toddler/infant experience preferred. CPR certification, strong references, and comfort with pets required.
