Full time weekday sitter for toddler daughter

We are a family of four, looking for a reliable sitter for our two year old! We need someone who is willing to watch our daughter at home and take her to the playground while i work and my husband works remote. Somedays we will need help picking up our 5 year old son from school!
Watch 2 year old daughter in the day time at home and sometimes take her to play outside. And some days pick up our 5 year old son from school across the street.
