Nanny for 3yo, up to 2 years. 2-3 days/week (m,t,th) 8-hour days from 8:30 AM.
She's smart, playful, active. Need someone engaging and fun. Parents WFH and care will be in our home.
- Physically active and outgoing
- Play and engage not just supervise
- Encourage independent play, structured activities, indoors/out
- Limit screen time and encourage movement, creativity, learning
- Clean up after play and meals and trash, wipe surfaces or vacuum crumbs
- Check/change pull ups
- Offer variety of snacks during the day
- Wash and prepare fruits or simple snacks
- Put away unused items back in the fridge
- Minimize personal phone use and be attentive and present with our child
- No smoking/drugs
