Summer nanny for 3.5 month old

Hello, my son will be 4 months old in May. I work from home full time and will be returning to work mid-May. I have a lot of virtual meetings though so I need someone who can care for my baby during work hours. Looking for M-Th 8-4pm. Hours can vary slightly depending on the day. We also have a 65lb doodle in the house that is very sweet.
