We are looking for a native (English speaker ) full-time nanny for our 3 year old son.

Normally a 45 hour work week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, $4000 monthly pay ($2000 bi-weekly) 
The child has speech delay (mild apraxia). So, the Nanny Must be patient with the child, plan different fun activities for the day, and talk with him a lot during the day so that he can develop in his speech.

Your main duty is to be with my son and make sure he is well taken care of. 

Full background check will be conducted and then you would also interview with the current nanny since she knows the kid personality and family already.
