We seek a caring and reliable nanny for our three children, aged 8 and 4 (twins). The position could start in late Jul/early Aug, with flexible hrs initially. Initial hrs would be 2-3 days per week during a short trial period. If agreeable that it was a good fit for all, the hrs would ramp up to 32hrs per week with option for 40-45 hrs per week in the fall. Must have reliable transportation, assist w/ homework, prepare meals/snacks and do light housekeeping/ laundry. Comfort with pets is also required. We are seeking a nurturing caregiver who aligns with an emotionally responsive, respectful parenting approach that prioritizes connection, empathy and healthy boundaries.
