We're Anthony & Lila Welch. We have one happy 18 month old daughter, Ember. She was home with either mom or dad until she was 10 months, when we incorporated our last nanny into our home who kept her every Friday. Unfortunately she won't be able to continue after the summer and we're seeking her replacement to start in August. We're a nurse and a teacher, so our childcare needs will follow the GCPS schedule (ie. we won't need care over holiday breaks). Typically we'd need 2days/week but about once a month we may only need 1 day.
Our sitter would follow Ember's eating & nap schedule. During her 2 hour nap, we'd ask that you wash her cups and dishes and also tend to letting our 2 dogs out into the fenced yard a few times a day. She eats 3 meals a day, with 2 snacks in between. We live in a community neighborhood with sidewalks that you can take Ember for walks on nice days. She loves to play at the park about 6min from our home and tend toddler events at the local library.
