We're a warm, organized family seeking a nurturing and responsible Nanny or Au Pair to help care for our 3 month old baby girl. We need care: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, starting around September 18th. The hours will mostly 9AM-6PM, and additional details to be discussed based on the right fit.

We value proactive communication, consistency, and a calm, positive presence. Someone who appreciates routine, is confident with newborn care, and is comfortable taking gentle initiative, will thrive in our home. Light baby-related household help (laundry, bottle prep, tidying) is appreciated. Turkish and/or Russian language skills are a plus, but not required.
